Let's Talk About It!
Updated: Jan 2, 2022

Talking about our problems is not a sign of weakness. It may not always easy to describe how we are feeling, but it is a way to cope by releasing what has been carrying us down or making us feel troubled.
This coming January, we are launching a new Mental Health Group on Facebook / Meta and on Messenger called Let’s Talk About It where we will open ourselves and have a conversation about the state of our well-being.
It may feel awkward at first, but let us make talking about our feelings a natural thing to do. For there is nothing better than being involved in a support group that will make us feel loved, included, and valued whatever ethnicity, age, or gender we belong.
We can easily ask for help when we may feel tired or get overwhelmed when things go wrong. We have a support who is ready to talk about our disappointments, heartbreaks, anxiety, grief, and even our excitements.
Let’s Talk About It is also thrilled about catching up regularly over Zoom calls or physically for us to meet face-to-face and elevate the relationship that we have built in this group.
Mental health is important. That is why we are here to encourage one another and preserve our ability to enjoy life!
Join our group and do not forget to share it with your family and friends.
