Sandra Doyle-Gilchrist
Founder & CEO
I am Sandra Doyle-Gilchrist, Founder and CEO of We Walk by Faith Doyle-Gilchrist Cancer Foundation, located in Murrieta, California.
In two thousand eleven and two thousand eighteen, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, stages one and two. My husband died of cancer at the age of forty-eight in two thousand nine (Angio Sarcoma of the heart). This experience filled my core with a different purpose. Refocusing my aim to assist others, I founded a 501(c)(3) non-profit, "We Walk by Faith Doyle-Gilchrist Cancer Foundation in July 2019.
Jai L. Gilchrist II
Vice President
My name is Jai L. Gilchrist II, the son of Sandra Doyle-Gilchrist. I am one of the current Vice-Presidents of We Walk by Faith Doyle-Gilchrist Cancer Foundation and a Naval Aviator Officer commissioned in June 2017.
My specialties and passions are flying the P-8 Poseidon, Drone aircraft and instructor.
Melinda Rivas, M.A.

Hello my name is Melinda Rivas. I am a mother of 3 adult children, grandmother of 4. I am a 14 year Breast cancer Survivor. I am a Social Worker for a State agency, focusing on special needs community. Also proud to say i am one of the vice president for this foundation.
Patricia Ramirez
Executive Administrative Assistant
Patricia joined the board in 2026 to help the We Walk by Faith Foundation achieve its highest purpose: helping cancer patients feel cared for and loved. She brings her skills as a technical writer, her experience as a cancer survivor, and her determination as a mother to her work as the Secretary. She hopes you will join her and the foundation in sending some care and compassion to cancer patients by purchasing a compassion box. Hint, hint.
Lindsey Graham, PharmD, MBA
Digital Communications Director
Growing up, Lindsey witnessed cancer up close and personal. Watching her childhood friend battle leukemia, cousin with breast cancer, and ultimately her grandmother with pancreatic cancer. Witnessing their journeys inspired her to do more and help find treatments they need.
After graduating with her bachelors in biology-biomedical, she worked as a pharmacy technician preparing chemotherapy medications in the local hospital. That illuminated her desire to become an oncology pharmacist. While in pharmacy school she chartered the Network for Collaborative Oncology Development & Advancement (NCODA) professional student organization on her campus, an organization dedicated to improving patient-centered care in cancer treatment. She is guided daily by a strong desire to help others and tailor treatment to their needs.
Krystal Spear
Compassion Box Curator
Krystal is the proud owner of Baking On Top Apothecary Boutique, a Certified Sound Practitioner, Herbal enthusiast and Employment Specialist within Social Services by day. Her work is rooted in Community, Wellness, Freedom of Self-Expression, liberation, Integrity and Creativity.
Her approach to wellness blends Seasonal Intentional Living through Crafting and curating, that is expressed within her Apothecary Boutique’s Seasonal Handcrafted Candles, hand-selected and intentionally curated items, holding a Seasonal Vibrational Sound Wellness Session and Gardening. Krystal is the Co-creator of the Foundations Compassion Boxes and each are Carefully Handcrafted and Curated with pure intention.
Sheila Reyes
Consultant
Sheila Reyes is a garment alterations seamstress turning ordinary fitting clothing into a personalized custom fit. Self taught with over 15 years of experience Sheila specializes in wedding dress alteration to make bride’s dreams to look and feel their best one bride at a time.
Sheila is active in social media at SheilaReyesDesigns on instagram and outdoors with nature and believes that she can and SEW she does!
